Compensation includes base salary plus commission.

Due to growth, we’re expanding our Account Management team.

Account Manager

Qualifications:

Positive, energetic, and self-motivated with a persevering attitude
Honest, confident, and outgoing with a passion for problem-solving
Demonstrates core values of accountability, curiosity, ethics, and driven (ACED)
Proven track record in account management and relationship building

Responsibilities:

Pose meaningful questions to understand client needs
Translate client requirements clearly to internal teams
Implement best practices in business development and account management
Build and maintain client relationships through various communication channels
Drive new business opportunities and manage open job orders
Collaborate with internal teams and manage client expectations effectively
Exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals while adhering to schedule
Gain expertise in IT consulting, staffing, and recruiting services

Specifications: Required:

2+ years’ experience in account management with face-to-face interaction
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Proficient communication skills (verbal, written, electronic)
Ability to attend evening networking events

Desired:

Previous experience in account management or relevant roles
Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in CRM or ATS software and MS Office
Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail

Compensation:

Base salary with performance-based incentives
Full benefits package, including CTO and birthday off
401K with match

Work Schedule:

Hybrid (M/F remote, W-TH onsite)

Job Type: Full-time
