Job Overview:

Hardscape Foreman Landscape Management Group - [Location] Hourly | Compensation Based on Experience Are you a skilled hardscape professional ready to lead a team? Landscape Management Group is seeking an experienced Hardscape Foreman to oversee onsite hardscape construction and installation. This is an hourly position reporting directly to the Project Manager. Compensation will be based on experience. About Us Landscape Management Group is a growing, client-focused landscaping and hardscape company committed to quality, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. We take pride in delivering exceptional outdoor living spaces while fostering a positive and safe work environment. Position Summary The Hardscape Foreman will lead hardscape crews through daily activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves hands-on leadership, job coordination, and maintaining project organization from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead hardscape installation crews (pavers, retaining walls, steps, patios, fire pits, etc.). Read and interpret plans, specifications, and work orders to ensure accurate installation. Coordinate daily workflow and tasks to ensure project milestones are met. Perform hands-on installation work as needed; set expectations for craftsmanship. Ensure site safety; enforce company safety policies and OSHA best practices. Communicate proactively with the Project Manager regarding progress, issues, and material needs. Maintain jobsite cleanliness and organization. Troubleshoot field challenges and provide solutions in real time. Track labor and material usage; provide input for time and cost estimates. Conduct quality control checks on completed work. Qualifications 3+ years of hardscape installation experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role preferred. Strong understanding of hardscape construction techniques (pavers, walls, steps, drainage). Ability to interpret plans and communicate construction expectations clearly. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing high-quality work. Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. OSHA or other relevant safety certifications a plus. What We Offer . Competitive hourly pay based on experiencе.
