Full Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a dynamic team in a unique, upscale environment? No Soliciting is a members-only speakeasy is seeking a talented and dedicated Floor Manager to join our team. As a Floor Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our venue. You will be responsible for overseeing the nightly flow of service, managing staff performance, and ensuring that each members enjoys a top-tier experience. If you have a flair for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, sophisticated setting, we want to hear from you.

Assist the General Manager and Management Team with operations, management of

staff and guest experience.

Coordinate daily operations, plan shifts, and proactively address/solve issues to ensure

excellent guest experience.

Act as a brand ambassador for N/S and Rise Brands; ensure values are upheld to both

external and internal audiences.

Establish positive relationships with all guests; handle complaints, requests and

inquiries, as needed and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.

Monitor, correct and report health and/or safety issues to ensure a safe environment for

guests and staff.

Assist with facility management including game/activities and equipment maintenance.
Hold teams accountable to established policies, standards and procedures
Support colleagues at peak times and undertake any operational duty which might be

reasonably required.

Lead the completion of End of Day reporting at the close of business; collect,

audit and securely deposit daily revenue.

Support new hire and on-going training to ensure the staff has strong position

skill abilities, product knowledge and provide friendly guest service.

Help manage performance by coaching in the moment and using

corrective/disciplinary action, as needed.

Pay: $30.00 / hour
