Product Manager

Essential Skills

3–5+ years of professional Product Manager experience, ideally within a digital agency or e-commerce environment
Strong proficiency in Scrum tools such as JIRA, Confluence, PowerPoint, Excel, Roadmapping tools, etc.
Experience with ecommerce product teams
Understanding of e-commerce standards, the different areas of the site (account, checkout, search, etc.)
Familiarity with technologies (MACH, APIs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) sufficient to collaborate effectively with developers
Excellent communication skills, able to clearly present progress and solutions to stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to lead a team of developers, quality assurance & design
Experience developing and maintaining a backlog, roadmap & project plan
Creation of user stories with industry-standard best practices
Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities
Ability and willingness to learn new technologies
Performs tasks with little supervision and is self-motivated and self-directed

Preferred Skills

Experience working with a team within agile methodologies
Experience building B2C, B2B, and D2C e-commerce
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a composable commerce or SaaS environment
Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar) to inform data-driven design decisions
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and technologies
Education: Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or Business Management
