Basic Qualifications:

12+ years of experience in data, AI, and analytics, including 5+ years in retail/consumer goods. Experience should include:

Experience with retail datasets: Merchandising, retail execution, POS/Clienteling, loyalty, CRM, e-commerce, social, advertising.

Technical expertise: Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Services, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce CDP, Shopify, Google Marketing Platform.
-
Cloud ecosystems: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
-
AI/ML & GenAI: Python, ML libraries, OpenAI/Claude, Hugging Face.
-
Strong knowledge of business and marketing analytics and data orchestration.
Preferred Qualifications:

Track record of leading large-scale retail data & AI transformations.

Experience deploying AI-powered retail use cases: dynamic pricing, churn prediction, supply-demand optimization.

Strong client leadership, executive communication, and commercial acumen.

Master’s degree in Data Science, AI, Business, or related field.
