Job Title: Production Worker – 1st & 2nd Shift
Job Description
This role focuses on assembling large power product units in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. You will build and wire large electrical bins by installing cables, assembling mechanical and electrical components, and using hand and power tools to meet production and quality standards. Our team is growing to support multiple long-term projects.
Essential Skills

Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand mechanical and assembly concepts.

Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately for assembly and layout tasks.

Experience using basic hand tools and power tools in a mechanical, construction, or manufacturing setting.

Comfort working in an assembly environment involving electrical, electronic, or mechanical components.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Construction experience, particularly in framing, installation, or on-site assembly.

Carpentry experience, including measuring, cutting, and assembling structural components.

Automotive mechanics experience or other hands-on mechanical repair.

Experience with wiring, cabling, or electrical assembly in an industrial or manufacturing setting.

Previous mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, or technical diagrams.

Familiarity with manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments using hand and power tools.

Openness to taking and passing internal skills or line-wirer tests that can lead to pay increases.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
