Full Job Description

We’re hiring: Corporate Litigation Counsel
Join our client's legal team and play a critical role in protecting and advancing a global business through strategic litigation management, proactive legal counsel, and cross-functional partnership.

We are seeking a legal professional with 2–4 years of litigation experience who is eager to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative, and business-focused environment.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive legal services across a broad range of corporate litigation matters, including:

Employment litigation
Commercial disputes
Property & casualty matters
Regulatory issues

You’ll manage all aspects of assigned litigation and disputes — from early case assessment through resolution — including alternative dispute resolution strategies, oversight of outside counsel, litigation budgeting, pleadings, motions, briefs, and overall case strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing third-party subpoena matters, including negotiations, document collection, review, and production
Advising internal stakeholders on legal disputes and litigation processes
Researching and interpreting case law, statutes, and regulations to provide practical business-focused counsel
Developing scalable litigation-related processes and procedures to efficiently navigate recurring legal issues
Preparing and maintaining litigation reports, legal documentation, forms, files, and cost tracking
Collaborating closely with cross-functional business partners to align litigation strategy with organizational goals
Helping establish best-in-class legal processes that identify and mitigate risk while supporting business objectives

We’re looking for someone who brings:

2–4 years of litigation experience
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Strong independent judgment and problem-solving abilities
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Deep business acumen and understanding of operational goals and strategy
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to foster trust at all levels of the organization
