Are you a Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) who enjoys helping people navigate recovery and connect with the resources they need to rebuild their lives?

White Light Behavioral Health is growing and is seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated CDCA Case Manager to join our multidisciplinary treatment team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, collaborating with families and community partners, and helping individuals successfully transition through every stage of addiction recovery.

White Light Behavioral Health is a leading provider of addiction treatment and behavioral healthcare serving adults throughout Central Ohio.

What You'll Do

As a CDCA Case Manager, you'll serve as an advocate, resource coordinator, and recovery partner for patients throughout their treatment journey.

Responsibilities include:

Develop individualized care plans that support each patient's recovery goals
Coordinate treatment services and community resources
Assist patients with housing, transportation, employment resources, insurance, FMLA, short-term disability, and other recovery-related needs
Collaborate with probation officers, attorneys, employers, referral sources, and outside agencies as appropriate
Conduct patient intake, orientation, and ongoing case management services
Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed
Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings
Support discharge planning and continuum of care coordination
Engage family members and support systems throughout treatment
Maintain timely, accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
Help patients overcome barriers to treatment and long-term recovery

What We're Looking For

Required:

Current Ohio CDCA certification in good standing
Passion for helping individuals recover from substance use disorders
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to build rapport with patients, families, and community partners
Comfortable using electronic medical records (EMR/EHR)

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services, or a related field
Experience in addiction treatment, behavioral health, or case management
Knowledge of recovery principles, AA, and evidence-based treatment approaches
Experience coordinating care across multiple providers and agencies
Understanding of community resources and continuum of care

Schedule

Full-Time

Choose one:

Sunday through Thursday
Tuesday through Saturday

Hours:
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Holiday rotation required.
