Heinzerling Community is seeking compassionate, dedicated Respiratory Therapy Manager who is passionate about enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapy Manager to lead and oversee respiratory services in a dynamic healthcare setting. This role is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring 24/7 coverage, managing clinical operations, and maintaining high standards of patient care and compliance.

Essential Job Duties

Lead and supervise Respiratory Therapists
Ensure quality respiratory care and regulatory compliance
Manage staffing, scheduling, and training programs
Oversee ventilator care and chronic respiratory patients
Maintain equipment, policies, and clinical standards

Requirements

Active Ohio Respiratory Care License
2+ years of experience (leadership preferred)
Ventilator and chronic care experience required
CPR/First Aid certification
