Overview
Twins Auto of Dublin is a fast growing chain of dealerships in Dublin Ohio. We are actively looking to add a Pre-Owned Sales Manager to our growing team! As a Pre-Owned Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of our used vehicles. Your role will involve managing a team of sales professionals, hiring new sales talents, managing leads, making high level marketing decisions, pricing and insuring outstanding customer experience.

Duties

Lead and motivate the pre-owned sales team to meet and exceed sales goals through effective coaching, training, and performance management.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow the dealership’s inventory turnover.
Foster a customer-focused environment, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service throughout the purchasing process.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and capitalize on emerging trends in the used car market.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Manage the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting cold calls and outbound sales efforts to closing deals.
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions, ensuring a seamless sales process.
Conduct negotiations with customers to maximize upselling opportunities while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Oversee inventory management and control processes to ensure optimal stock levels of pre-owned vehicles aligned with market demand.
Support the dealership’s marketing initiatives by participating in public speaking engagements, promotional events, and outreach efforts to attract new markets.
Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills when engaging with prospects, customers, and team members.
Provide ongoing sales support by analyzing.

SKILLS

Proven experience in automobile sales, with a strong background in high-end or luxury vehicle markets.
Exceptional negotiation skills coupled with the ability to upsell effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction .
Strong organizational skills with experience managing a sales pipeline using CRM software tools.
Knowledge of inventory management, inventory control, retail math, and automotive dealership operations.
Excellent communication skills—public speaking experience is a plus—and phone etiquette proficiency.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; 5 plus years of dealership experience is required. Completed Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, finance and other related fields is a plus.
