Full Job Description

Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Content Specialist to support the creation, management, and optimization of digital marketing content across multiple platforms. This role will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and collaborate closely with marketing teams, internal stakeholders, and vendor partners to deliver engaging digital experiences that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities - Digital Marketing Specialist

Build and maintain digital marketing assets, including templated banners, landing pages, and messaging within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Activate digital campaigns and target audience segments using Adobe Target.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other digital marketing tools.
Collaborate with marketing teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective digital solutions.
Manage and prioritize production requests while ensuring timely completion and adherence to brand standards.
Optimize content for search engine performance (SEO) and user experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to content functionality and display.
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives and achieve desired outcomes.
Ensure website content supports omnichannel marketing efforts and aligns with overall business strategy.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to validate revenue tracking and performance measurement across digital content.
Manage projects within Workfront, ensuring tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed according to deadlines.

Required Skills and Knowledge- Digital Marketing Specialist

Proficiency with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Experience using Workfront or similar project management software.
Strong understanding of HTML and CSS.
Knowledge of digital marketing best practices, content management, and SEO principles.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to adapt quickly to evolving systems, processes, and business needs.

Education and Experience - Digital Marketing Specialist

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content management, or a related field preferred.
Experience working with enterprise content management systems and digital marketing platforms is highly desirable.
