Summary:
Responsible for optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency by safely transporting products, suppliescommodities within the warehouse facilitytruck/trailers.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift or move objects up to 50 pounds.
Candidate Qualifications:
Preferred: Food Manufacturing experience | Warehouse Experience
Required: Stand-up Forklift/ Turret Truck- Minimum of 2 years experience
Essential Functions:

Loading, unloading, shippingreceiving of various items

Transportation of materials to different locations within the facility

Optimize loads to ensure operational efficiency

Inspectensure accuracy of both incoming/outgoing product with BOL/Invoice

Ensure loads are properly stackedsecured and adhere to company regulations.

Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or RF scanners (training provided if needed)

Conduct daily pre-operational checks on forklifts prior to usage and report to damages and/or repair to direct supervisor

Complete all paperwork and submit all shipping documents (BOL or similar invoices) to ShippingReceiving manager

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders according to company standards and customer requirements

Verify product quantities, quality, and labeling before shipment

Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory control as needed

Report discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
Competencies:
-
Certification on forklift (both turret truckstand-up forklift)

Ability to lift objectsstand for long periods of time.

Attention to detail. (Ability to pick, packload accuratelyfollow instructions).

Spatial Awareness (Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to work in limited space).

Ability to work at heights

Ability to work collaboratively with a team to complete job tasks.

Proficiency in basic math (addition, subtractionmultiplication (for record keeping).

Shift Hours:
- Fulltime- 40 hours a week

2nd Shift- 2 pm to 12 am (Monday to Thursday)
