Medical Sales Consultant –

Location: Columbus, Ohio (Territory-Based | Not Remote)

Dynasplint Systems, Inc. is seeking a performance driven Medical Sales Consultant to develop and manage the Columbus, Ohio territory. This is a field-based, relationship-driven role focused on partnering with physicians and rehabilitation professionals to improve patient outcomes through proprietary dynamic splinting systems.

This position is ideal for clinicians who thrive in a performance-based environment, value clinical education, and want ownership of their territory.

What You’ll Do

As a Medical Sales Consultant, you will operate as the clinical and business expert within your assigned territory:

Develop and grow referral relationships with MDs, DPMs, PTs, OTs, and other healthcare providers
Educate clinicians on how Dynasplint Systems integrate into rehabilitative treatment plans
Generate and manage patient orders within your territory
Fit patients with prescribed Dynasplint Systems and provide hands-on instruction for proper use
Conduct follow-up visits to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation of accounts, patient interactions, and sales activity
Build long-term partnerships while consistently prospecting and developing new accounts

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking driven, accountable professionals with the ability to build and grow business relationships.

Required Qualifications:

Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to manage a territory independently and prioritize effectively
Must reside in the Columbus, Ohio territory
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (Physiology, Biology, Kinesiology, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Business etc)
Clinical background (PTA, COTA, ATC, rehab tech, medical assistant, etc.)
Experience calling on physicians or healthcare providers
Athletic background
