Full Job Description

Worthington Christian Village is a great place to work offering a total ministry to the senior adults of Central Ohio. Our community is currently looking for a full time day shift RN to join our team.

The purpose of Worthington Christian Village is to offer a total ministry to the aging of Central Ohio and beyond, which will meet their spiritual, physical, emotional and social needs. Our aim is to produce an atmosphere of caring and sharing in all activities conducive to self-worth leading to a productive life.

Must have current nursing license in the state of Ohio.

Must be able to lift without restrictions.

Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members and the general public.

Must be a team player.

Must be able to work every other weekend.

Demonstrate the following attributes:

Must be organized, and have strong computer skills

Must make independent decisions

Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise and direct the team of care givers on the unit

Provide treatments and medical care ordered by a physician

Pass medications ordered by a physician

Complete all documentation required for resident care
