The Naz Church – Grove City, OH

Horas: 8–10 horas semanales

The Naz está buscando un Líder de Alabanza Hispano apasionado y con experiencia para servir en nuestro Departamento de Artes de Alabanza. Este puesto de medio tiempo es ideal para alguien con un corazón para el ministerio y el deseo de guiar a otros a una relación más profunda con Jesucristo a través de la adoración.

Responsabilidades Principales:

Dirigir y coordinar servicios de adoración dirigidos por el Espíritu, en español.

Organizar y liderar equipos de alabanza según sea necesario.

Crear una experiencia de adoración ungida y envolvente que conecte a las personas con la presencia de Dios.

Colaborar con el equipo de Artes de Alabanza para apoyar la visión y metas de The Naz.

Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con los miembros del equipo y la comunidad de la iglesia.

Requisitos:

Experiencia liderando la adoración en un entorno de iglesia, especialmente en contextos hispanos o bilingües.

Capacidad para reclutar, equipar y dirigir equipos de alabanza con excelencia y humildad.

Fuertes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.

Un corazón alineado con la misión y los valores de The Naz.

Hours: 8–10 hours weekly

The Naz is seeking a passionate and experienced Hispanic Worship Leader to serve within our Worship Arts Department. This part-time role is designed for someone with a heart for ministry and a desire to lead others into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ through worship.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate spirit-led worship services in Spanish.

Arrange and direct worship teams as needed.

Create an engaging and anointed worship experience that draws people into the presence of God.

Collaborate with the Worship Arts team to support the vision and goals of The Naz.

Build and maintain strong relationships with team members and the church community.

Qualifications:

Experience in leading worship in a church setting, particularly in Hispanic or bilingual contexts.

Ability to recruit, equip, and lead worship teams with excellence and grace.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

A heart aligned with the mission and values of The Naz.
