Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Specialist to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, driving lead generation and nurturing relationships to create new business opportunities. Your energetic approach and consultative selling skills will help expand our customer base and support our mission to deliver innovative solutions. This paid position offers an exciting chance to develop your sales expertise within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Duties

Conduct outbound calling campaigns to identify and qualify potential clients, leveraging warm calling techniques to build rapport quickly
Engage with prospects via phone and digital channels, delivering compelling presentations of our products and services
Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce or similar platforms, to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines effectively
Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs through consultative selling approaches
Follow up on inbound inquiries promptly, providing detailed product information and addressing client questions with professionalism
Assist in the adoption of sales technology tools and automation technologies to streamline outreach efforts and improve efficiency
Support deal closing activities by coordinating negotiations and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams

Skills

Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or outbound calling within a B2B environment
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently
Technical sales experience, particularly in technology or SaaS solutions, is highly desirable
Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce Cloud and familiarity with sales automation technologies
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on client communication and active listening
Demonstrated ability to adopt new sales tools and adapt quickly to evolving sales technology landscapes
Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships through warm calling and consultative engagement
