Full Job Description

*Those that are able to receive the COVID-19 vaccination and influenza shot will be required to do so as a requirement of employment at Netcare Access.*

**This position is eligible for $5,000 in sign-on and retention bonuses paid through successfully completing orientation, 90-days, and 180-day introductory periods!**

Available Shifts:

10:00pm - 10:00am, FSS (3rd Shift)
Contingent/PRN (3rd Shift Availability)
12:00pm- 10:00pm, Sunday - Wednesday
10:00am-10:00pm, Thursday-Saturday

*2nd Shift and 3rd Shift are eligible for our shift premium wage policy which increases wages by $2.00 & $3.75 per hour depending on the shift times.

Mobile Crisis Clinician – Be the Calm in the Community

Are you a clinician who thrives outside of four walls and wants your work to make an immediate, life-changing impact?

Our Mobile Crisis Team provides on-the-ground mental health and substance use crisis support to individuals where they are — in homes, neighborhoods, and community settings. This team responds in real time to individuals experiencing emotional distress, psychiatric crises, or substance-related emergencies, offering compassionate, trauma-informed care when it matters most.

As a Mobile Crisis Clinician, you will assess, intervene, and stabilize individuals in crisis while helping connect them to the right level of ongoing care. You may also provide short-term follow-up support for up to 14 days, ensuring continuity, safety, and meaningful engagement beyond the initial crisis.

This role is ideal for clinicians who value clinical autonomy, teamwork, and purpose-driven work, and who want to be part of a program that prioritizes dignity, safety, and recovery.

What You’ll Do:

Respond to community-based mental health and substance use crises
Complete brief screenings, risk assessments, and crisis interventions
Collaborate with law enforcement, hospitals, and community partners
Provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
Develop care recommendations and facilitate referrals to appropriate services
Support individuals during some of their most vulnerable moments
