8720 | Columbus, OH (Onsite) | Full-Time W2 Contract | Benefits Eligible | Long-Term, Potential to Convert

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on role for a digital-first designer who takes pride in craft and production at scale — turning brand and creative direction into clean, on-brand assets across digital, social, and print. It's an execution role, not a strategy lead, but the right person thinks about how people actually experience a design in each channel, and translates that into work that's usable, consistent, and ready to ship. You'll own the day-to-day digital production that keeps a recognizable brand looking sharp everywhere it shows up, and build the templated systems that let great creative move fast.

ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is a well-established, widely recognized consumer brand with a substantial in-house creative team. Their work spans digital, social, and print, produced at high volume and held to consistent brand standards across many customer touchpoints. They value craft, digital fluency, and designers who bring an informed point of view on how work lands with users.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design digital-first creative — web, email, social, and digital campaigns — grounded in how users engage with each channel.
Apply UX and interaction best practices to make digital assets clear, usable, and effective across devices and screen sizes.
Adapt, resize, and optimize assets across digital and print formats so each performs in its intended channel.
Manage print production, including packaging and printed collateral and press-ready details such as bleeds, dielines, and file specs.
Build scalable, templated design systems for recurring digital and print creative so assets can be efficiently reused across teams.
Manage asset versions, naming, and file organization for a clean, retrievable creative library.
Partner with creative and marketing stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver on-brand work, communicating clearly and proactively.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

1-3 years of professional design experience with a strong digital emphasis.
Portfolio demonstrating digital and UX-driven work (web, email, app, or digital campaigns) alongside print execution.
Solid grasp of UX and user-centered design principles, usability, and designing for multiple devices and screen sizes.
Strong proficiency in Figma, plus Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience building and working within design systems and templated brand systems.
Clear, proactive communicator comfortable working directly with stakeholders.

NICE TO HAVE

Agency experience — a strong plus.
Print and packaging production familiarity (bleeds, dielines, press-ready files).
Experience producing digital creative at high volume for a multi-channel brand.
