Location: Westerville, OH (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Pay: $35.00–$45.00 per hour
Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time (10-Week MBA Consulting Engagement)

Position Summary

We are seeking an MBA Consultant, Finance to support a high-impact project within our Finance organization. This 10-week engagement will focus on financial analysis, business performance, forecasting, and strategic decision-making to help drive operational efficiency and support key business initiatives.

The consultant will partner closely with finance and cross-functional teams to evaluate financial performance, develop models and reporting, identify trends and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research and analysis related to financial performance, budgeting, and business strategy.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and operational insights.
Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities across business functions.
Build financial models to evaluate revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization initiatives.
Prepare executive-ready presentations, reports, and financial summaries for leadership stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, Analytics, and other business partners.
Assist with scenario planning, variance analysis, and business case development.
Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting processes and operational efficiencies.
Present project findings and strategic recommendations to leadership at the conclusion of the engagement.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or have completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or comparable graduate business program.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or financial modeling.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate findings into actionable business insights.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Must be able to work onsite in Westerville, OH four days per week during the engagement.
