Plant Manager – Injection & Compression Molding

Ohio / West Virginia Border (Ohio River Region)

Join a stable, family-owned manufacturer with a strong market presence and a clear path for operational turnaround and leadership growth. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a 50-person facility and play a key role in elevating performance, systems, and culture—with full support from an experienced leadership team.

The company specializes in injection and compression molding with proprietary processes that differentiate them in the market, holding approximately 25% share across North America. With additional operations in Northern Ohio and India, this role offers both immediate impact and long-term advancement potential.

What You’ll Do

Lead day-to-day plant operations for a 50-employee manufacturing facility
Drive a structured plant turnaround focused on efficiency, output, and accountability
Build and reinforce systems, processes, and performance metrics across production
Maintain a strong presence on the floor—coaching, engaging, and developing the team
Partner with leadership to implement continuous improvement initiatives
Develop into full P&L responsibility over time (prior experience not required)

What We’re Looking For

Background in injection molding. Prefer if also has compression molding.
Experience as a Plant Manager, Production Manager, or Operations Manager
Hands-on leadership style with a strong floor presence
Systems-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement and consistency
Proven ability to lead teams through change or operational improvement
Desire to grow into broader business leadership, including financial ownership
