What You’ll Do

Participate in field work alongside team members, leading by example on junk removal and demolition jobs
Follow structured training to learn operational standards, team development, and leadership strategies
Support the Operation Manager in overseeing team performance, training, and customer service
Ensure safety, professionalism, and efficiency on every job
Learn how to manage day-to-day operations and prepare to take over if the Operations Manager is off duty
