Join the Eye Co. Team!
If you’re looking for a job where every day is exactly the same, this probably isn’t it.
If you’re excited about helping people see better, learning new technology, working with patients, exploring eyewear, and being part of a growing private practice, we’d love to meet you.
At Eye Co., we believe great eyecare is about more than checking a prescription. It’s about creating an experience where patients feel cared for, educated, and confident in their eye health.
If you’re not interested in learning new technology, cross-training, talking with patients, helping someone find the perfect pair of glasses, or being part of a team that is constantly growing and improving—this may not be the right position for you.
But if that sounds exciting, keep reading.
About Us
Eye Co. is a locally owned, family-focused, community-based, and growing private optometry practice in Columbus, OH. We are passionate about providing exceptional eyecare while creating personalized experiences where patients feel genuinely known, heard, and cared for.
As an independent practice, we have the freedom to think differently, embrace new technology, continually grow our services, and do what's best for our patients.
Our mission is simple:

We can teach skills. We’re looking for someone who is curious, dependable, coachable, and genuinely cares about people.

- Assisting patients before and after their eye exams
- Providing patient follow-up and communication
- Answering phones and supporting front desk operations

- You notice the little details.
- You want to grow professionally.
- You’re comfortable stepping outside of your comfort zone.

You're Probably Not a Good Fit If…
- You prefer doing only the tasks listed in your job description.
- You don't enjoy interacting with patients.
- You aren't interested in learning new technology.
- You don't like change or growth.
- You need someone constantly telling you what to do.
- You don't want to cross-train.

We’re growing—and we’re looking for people who want to grow with us.

You’ll learn optical, medical eye care, technology, patient communication, dry eye services, insurance, and practice operations—with opportunities to take on more responsibility as you grow.
If you’re ready to learn, contribute, advocate for our patients, and help people see and feel better, we want to hear from you.
