The Financial Services Associate Director applies deep business strategy development, architecting value and operating model architecture skills to influence client agendas through business insight. Partners with our clients to make bold decisions on priority C-Suite issues at the intersection of business, technology, and operations. Provides deep understanding of our clients' industry landscape and business options in the context of global, economic, technology and social trends.
Client Delivery and Development:

Basic Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in Financial Services, with a focus on Retirement or Insurance (P&C and/or Life), including demonstrated leadership of strategic and operational transformation initiatives with proven experience delivering business and digital transformation, including operating model transformation, digital enablement, new product or business incubation, market expansion, cost optimization, and end‑to‑end process transformation.

4+ years of experience at an external consulting firm, partnering directly with senior client stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree required.
