Are you polished, professional, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences?

Skin Perfect Spas is an award-winning luxury skin spa seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to join our team. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time career for the right candidate.

As the first and last impression of our spa, you will play a vital role in creating an elevated, welcoming experience for every guest. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in attention to detail, enjoys building relationships with clients, and represents our luxury brand with professionalism and confidence.

This is much more than a front desk position. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our company and become an integral part of our team.

What You'll Do

Deliver a five-star luxury client experience from check-in to check-out
Schedule appointments and optimize provider schedules
Answer phones, texts, and client inquiries professionally and efficiently
Recommend skincare products and spa services based on client needs
Assist with client checkout, retail sales, memberships, and packages
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Manage retail inventory and merchandising
Support estheticians with schedule management and daily operations
Process and ship online orders
Perform occasional light makeup applications and color matching (training provided)
Assist with marketing initiatives, events, and special projects
Open and/or close the spa
Work closely with management to continuously improve the client experience

What We're Looking For

3+ years of customer service, hospitality, luxury retail, spa, salon, or office experience
A polished, professional appearance with excellent communication skills
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
Strong sales mindset with a passion for helping clients find the right products and services
Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented
Positive attitude with a team-first mentality
Comfortable learning skincare products, treatments, and makeup applications
Self-motivated with a desire to grow professionally

Bonus Qualifications

Experience in the beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or luxury hospitality industry
Experience with appointment scheduling software
Retail sales experience
Inventory management experience
