Full Job Description

Position Summary

Restaurant Equippers is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Warehouse & Delivery Associate with a background in moving, residential appliance delivery, white-glove delivery, or box truck operations.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in moving companies, furniture or appliance delivery, or commercial delivery teams who enjoy physical work, teamwork, and delivering exceptional service.

Primary Responsibilities

Safely load, transport, unload, and place equipment at customer locations
Perform white-glove deliveries, including careful placement of heavy equipment inside customer facilities
Prepare and stage orders for scheduled deliveries
Operate box trucks, moving trucks, or delivery vehicles safely and in compliance with regulations
Use proper lifting, securing, and material handling techniques to protect products and property
Work as part of a two-person or team delivery crew when required
Assist with warehouse receiving, picking, staging, and inventory tasks when not making deliveries
Provide professional, courteous customer service at delivery sites
Inspect deliveries for accuracy and resolve issues proactively

Preferred Experience

Experience with:

Professional moving companies
Residential appliance delivery
Furniture delivery
Commercial equipment delivery
Box truck or moving truck operation
Experience handling heavy, bulky, or high-valued products
Warehouse or logistics experience preferred

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Experience driving box trucks or similar delivery vehicles
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment regularly (100 lbs)
Strong teamwork and customer service skills
Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
