About the role: A hands-on, high-impact role for someone seeking a long-term professional home

This is not a traditional receptionist or front desk position. The Patient Care Coordinator Assistant is the operational heartbeat of our clinic—helping patients feel cared for, keeping providers supported, and ensuring the office runs efficiently from start to finish.

We are looking for a dependable, motivated professional who wants to plant roots, grow with our practice, and become an essential part of our team. This opportunity is best suited for someone who takes ownership of their work, enjoys staying active, and performs well in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Your Role:

You will help manage the daily flow of the clinic while creating an organized, professional, and welcoming experience for every patient. You must be comfortable shifting between patient care, scheduling, communication, documentation, and administrative responsibilities throughout the day.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing patient scheduling, check-in, and check-out
Serving as a primary point of contact for patients in person and by phone
Coordinating communication between patients, providers, and team members
Monitoring patient flow and helping the clinic remain on schedule
Maintaining accurate records and completing documentation
Verifying insurance information and collecting patient payments
Supporting clinical and administrative operations as needed
Keeping the front office and patient areas organized and efficient
Providing a consistently professional and positive patient experience

Bilingual Spanish/English abilities are a plus, but not required.

This is an active, hands-on position—not a primarily sedentary desk role. Our clinic moves quickly, and priorities can change throughout the day based on patient and provider needs.

You will be expected to:

Transition efficiently between responsibilities
Manage high patient volume and frequent interactions
Adjust schedules and priorities in real time
Complete repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy
Remain organized and professional during busy periods
Move throughout the clinic to support patients and staff
Learn new responsibilities as the position and practice grow
