Full Job Description

NeuroAnimation Strengthening and Recovery Center is a new specialized neurological recovery center dedicated to helping clients regain function, independence, and confidence after neurological events. The therapy we offer provides world-leading results for a variety of neurological disorders - Alzheimer's/Dementia, Parkinson's, Stroke, TBI, MCI, and more. Our team is passionate about creating a welcoming, organized, and supportive environment for both clients and staff.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is perfect for someone who can stay organized while juggling multiple priorities, is personable and friendly, and wants to be part of a purpose-driven team.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests, creating a warm and professional first impression
Answer and direct phone calls; respond to inquiries via phone and email
Organize and manage the center’s calendar, including scheduling client appointments, meetings, and follow-ups
Coordinate with doctors’ offices to follow up on referrals and ensure proper documentation is received
Maintain client check-in and check-out procedures
Keep reception and common areas tidy and presentable at all times
Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Support staff and management with special projects as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree or higher preferred)
Previous experience in reception, administrative assistance, or customer service preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google workspace, and comfort with learning new software systems
Friendly, professional demeanor and ability to work well with diverse populations
Reliable and punctual, with strong attention to detail

Schedule & Compensation:

Part-time: 20–25 hours/week (to start, possibility of full time in the future)
Flexible scheduling within business hours (Monday–Friday)
Compensation: $15-18 per hour, based on experience
