Full Job Description

Orthopedic One, Central Ohio’s most trusted Orthopedic practice, is experiencing growth and adding outpatient Physical Therapists to our various central Ohio locations!

Salary: New graduates at Orthopedic One can expect a starting salary of $73,000 per year. If employed full-time, new staff PT will receive a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, and following one year of experience, eligibility for quarterly productivity bonuses, ranging from $7,000-$9,000 annually.

You will be supported as your clinical skills grow while seeing a variety of MSK diagnoses, including both orthopedic and sport cases
You will work in an outpatient setting and have the ability to communicate directly with physicians regarding patient care.
We are an established and growing physician-owned practice that is well respected throughout the Central Ohio healthcare community, and we rely on our PTs to ensure high quality patient outcomes.

Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Evaluate and treat all patients referred for physical therapy in our state-of-the-art outpatient clinics with top-of-the-line equipment and modalities.
Collaborate with physicians, therapy providers and other departments regarding evaluative findings and patient needs.
Complete and submit all documentation and reports pertaining to patient evaluations and treatment plans.

Professional Qualifications Required:

Degree from an American Physical Therapy Association accredited school of Physical Therapy
Current, unrestricted, Ohio licensure
Patient centered focus, with a strong work ethic and commitment to helping our patients get back to doing the things they love!
