Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our hotel, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable experience for our guests. Responsibilities:

- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Ensure all areas of the hotel are thoroughly cleaned and maintained, including floors, windows, and surfaces.
- Manage and coordinate the cleaning and housekeeping schedules to ensure all areas are cleaned in a timely manner.
- Conduct thorough room inspections to ensure cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, mops, and dusters.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues in a friendly and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure all areas of the hotel are maintained to the highest standards.
- Participate in housekeeping management tasks, including inventory management and linen supply ordering.

Experience:
- Experience in industrial cleaning and floor care is an asset.
- Strong housekeeping management skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and bend, stoop, or kneel to clean hard-to-reach areas.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks for extended periods.

Skills:

- Hospitality skills and a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in industrial cleaning and floor care techniques.
- Experience with housekeeping management and the ability to coordinate cleaning schedules.
- Strong cleaning skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment and tools.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
