We are seeking an energetic and motivated Leadership Collaborative Program Coordinator to coordinate innovative leadership development initiatives across our state. This position an exciting opportunity to shape future leaders while working within a dynamic, mission-driven environment committed to excellence and growth.

The Leadership Collaborative Program Coordinator provides administrative, logistical, and operational support to ensure the successful delivery of program activities for both the mid-manager and senior leadership collaborative track. This role supports outreach and recruitment, manages application and onboarding processes, coordinates vendors and materials, and maintains participant and attendance data for evaluation and reporting. The Leadership Collaborative Program Coordinator works with the Leadership Collaborative Program Manager and Senior Director of Workplace Health to promote inclusive practices and support continuous quality improvement throughout the program. The Leadership Collaborative is hosted in four regions: Northeast Ohio, Northwest Ohio, Southeast Ohio, and Central Ohio. This position requires monthly travel including overnight stay at minimum 12 nights of the year.

As the Leadership Collaborative Program Manager, you will:

Oversee program data
Support program promotion, outreach, and recruitment
Manage relationships with training partners
Administrative support of the program application process including; tracking application submissions, providing initial communication to applicants about the review process, and preparing review materials
Coordination of vendor relationships including; outreach with prospective program vendors (venues, caters, presenters, etc.) and securing day-of logistics for program sessions
Preparing program materials including; purchase and pick up of necessary supplies, preparing materials for travel for in-person program sessions
Support participant onboarding through tracking of received acceptance materials, sending of program calendar invitations, and follow-up
Work with the Leadership Collaborative Program Manager and Senior Director of Workplace Health to ensure the success of the program
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Qualifications

Minimum Associate's Degree in a field related to social work, public health, mental health, healthcare management, or business
One year experience in program management, preferably within the behavioral health or nonprofit sectors
Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
A good listener and strategist, comfortable receiving input from many sources, and able to act on information to develop successful programming
Outstanding decision-making skills and judgment, and the ability to contribute to a collaborative team, and be people-centric
Ability to work well independently and within a multi-disciplinary team environment, managing multiple priorities with efficiency and organization
Demonstrated attention and accuracy to detail
Ability to fulfill assignments with reliability and adherence to deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
