Full Job Description

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to support the onboarding and management of suppliers and vendors. This role serves as the primary point of contact for vendors throughout the setup process and works closely with internal departments to ensure vendor information is accurate, complete, and approved for business transactions.

This position is a full-time, long-term opportunity with benefits offered. The candidate must be able to work fully onsite in Downtown Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities:

Assist new vendors through the onboarding and setup process.
Collect, review, and maintain vendor information and documentation.
Coordinate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Legal, Risk, and other departments to obtain required approvals.
Follow up with vendors and internal teams to resolve missing information and onboarding delays.
Maintain accurate vendor records within company systems.
Support vendor setup for purchasing tools, electronic invoicing, and other business systems.
Respond to vendor inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Track onboarding progress and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
Maintain onboarding procedures, documentation, and training materials.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
2–5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, purchasing, accounts payable, administrative support, customer service, or a related field.
Experience working with procurement systems, databases, or ERP software preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of purchasing, invoicing, vendor management, or procure-to-pay processes.
Experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar procurement platforms.
