Exciting Opportunity with PediaStaff: Intervention Specialists in the Columbus, OH area.

We' re currently seeking Intervention Specialists (up to$38/hour) to support students in the Columbus, OH area for the upcoming school year.

Job Details *two positions*:
Intervention Specialist - English Resource

High School
Supports English classrooms at the high school level
36 hours per week
Intervention Specialist - Resource Room (ELA)
High School
English Language Arts Resource Room
36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver lesson plans with the ability to modify accordingly during the school year
Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students
Utilize school approved curricula that reflects the diverse educational, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds of the students
Communicate and meet with families regarding the academic and social-emotional growth of their child
Incorporate technology skills into daily classroom practice to support learning
techniques as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
Current Ohio Special Education Intervention Specialist License
Experience with writing IEPs, progress monitoring, progress reporting & data collection
Experience with participating in ETR meetings and writing ETR part 1
