As a Quality Auditor Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining product quality, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and helping ensure customer satisfaction through accurate inspections, testing, and documentation.

What You'll Do
As a member of our Quality team, you will:
- Perform receiving, in-process, and final product inspections.
- Utilize precision measuring equipment such as:
- Micrometers
- Calipers
- Optical Comparators
- Harness Testers
- Additional quality inspection and testing equipment
- Conduct routine audits and inspections to ensure compliance with customer specifications and internal quality standards.
- Identify, document, and segregate non-conforming materials and products.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
- Complete quality documentation and inspection records in both electronic and paper formats.
- Perform standard and metric measurements and calculations.
- Support laboratory testing activities including:
- Hardness testing
- Conductivity testing
- Tensile testing
- Optical Emission Spectroscopy
- Metallurgical sample preparation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional laboratory environment.
- Participate in product and process audits.
- Assist with customer complaint investigations and corrective actions.
- Support gauge calibration activities and record maintenance.
- Prepare quality reports and documentation for customer product submissions.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to accurately follow procedures and maintain detailed records.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical activities such as bending, stooping, and twisting.
- Corrected 20/20 vision and ability to distinguish colors accurately.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Quality, or Metallurgical Lab experience.
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Experience interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Gauge calibration experience.
- Experience working in an ISO-certified manufacturing environment.
