As a Quality Engineering Manager Senior within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in a Columbus, OH.

Oversees test plan execution, ensuring alignment with project/program goals and resolving blockers and risks impacting timelines.

Validates that data aligns to the overall test strategy, including System/Business End to End testing. Provides support to Quality Engineers and Manager for issues related to test data creation, acquisition, and provisioning.
- Reviews post-production validation plan and collaborates with business partners to evaluate outcomes, ensuring results are strategically integrated into future test plans.

Reviews all planned changes, ensuring testing has been completed to meet test strategy requirements and that team leaders have completed all required documentation.

Identifies and develops mitigations, trends and process improvements, communicating them to the Quality Engineer Director.

Manages Quality Engineer staffing needs and provides strategic input on resource requirements during annual planning to ensure organizational alignment.

Fosters professional development and skills enhancement for all direct reports, including engineers and managers.

Base Salary: $123,200.00 – $228,800.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
Generally, this opening is expected to be posted for two business days from 08/14/2026, although it may be longer with business discretion.
