Full Job Description

Job title: Travel CT Technologist (ARRT) – Night Shift
Location: Columbus, OH
Shift: Nights | Friday–Sunday | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (3x12)
Start Date: August 24, 2026 (Tentative)
Contract: 13 Weeks (potential extension)

We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment at a busy Level I Trauma Center. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-volume acute care environment utilizing advanced CT imaging technology. (BI02)

Job Responsibilities

Perform high-quality CT and diagnostic X-ray procedures following ARRT and facility standards.
Prepare and position patients for CT examinations while ensuring comfort and safety.
Administer contrast media and perform peripheral IV starts as needed.
Perform trauma, emergency, inpatient, and outpatient CT imaging.
Operate GE and Toshiba/Cannon CT scanners.
Complete image post-processing, including multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and 3D rendering.
Accurately document procedures using Epic EMR.
Follow radiation safety, infection control, and department protocols.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of recent CT Technologist experience
ARRT (R) required
ARRT (CT) preferred
Ohio State Radiologic License required (pending license accepted)
BLS Certification
Experience in a Level I Trauma Center required
Experience with Epic EMR
Experience with GE and/or Toshiba/Cannon CT equipment preferred

Assignment Details

13-Week Contract
Night Shift (Friday–Sunday)
Every Other Weekend
Call Rotation Required
High-Volume Department (270–290 CT scans daily)
Charcoal Grey Scrubs
Epic EMR
COVID-19 Vaccine Not Required

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
