Electrical Project Manager (Multiple Opportunities)

Commercial | Industrial | Mission Critical | Data Centers | Healthcare

Compensation: $130,000–$250,000+ DOE
Location: Opportunities Available Nationwide

About the Opportunity

Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm representing leading electrical contractors throughout the United States. We are actively recruiting experienced Electrical Project Managers and Senior Project Managers for current and upcoming opportunities across commercial, industrial, healthcare, mission critical, renewable energy, and data center construction.

Our clients range from established regional contractors to ENR Top 100 electrical contractors delivering projects from $10 million to over $1 billion. We are seeking experienced professionals with a proven track record of successfully managing complex electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary depending on the client and project but may include:

Lead electrical construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout.
Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and financial performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders.
Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, scheduling, and project execution.
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contract administration, and project documentation.
Coordinate with field leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Mentor Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and other project team members.

Preferred Experience

Experience managing electrical construction projects within one or more of the following markets:

Commercial
Industrial
Mission Critical / Data Centers
Healthcare
Manufacturing
Higher Education
Aviation
Renewable Energy
Water/Wastewater
Distribution Centers

Experience with Design-Build, Design-Assist, GMP, CMAR, or negotiated projects is highly preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of electrical construction project management experience.
Proven experience managing commercial, industrial, healthcare, mission critical, or other complex electrical construction projects.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, contract administration, and client management.
Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and successfully deliver projects from preconstruction through completion.
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Successful candidates typically demonstrate strong career stability, often reflected by long-term tenure with one to three employers over the past ten years.
