Right Way Restore is a growing residential remodeling company specializing in high-end kitchens, luxury bathrooms, basement finishing, and complete interior renovations.
We are looking for an experienced remodel carpenter who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates professionally with homeowners, and enjoys seeing a project through from demolition to final walkthrough.
We are not looking for someone who cuts corners or simply wants to collect a paycheck.
We're building a team of professionals who want to grow with the company and help us become one of Central Ohio's most respected remodeling contractors.
What You'll Do
As a Lead Remodel Carpenter, you'll perform and oversee all phases of residential remodeling, including:
- Kitchen remodeling
- Bathroom remodeling
- Basement finishing
- Cabinet installation
- Custom trim and finish carpentry
- Tile showers and backsplashes
- Flooring installation (LVP, hardwood, tile)
- Framing
- Window and door installation
- Drywall installation and finishing
- Interior painting
- Light plumbing
- Light electrical
- Punch list completion
- Final quality inspections
Every day you'll be expected to maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite while delivering exceptional craftsmanship.

Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential remodeling experience
- Strong knowledge of kitchen and bathroom remodeling
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Own professional hand tools
- Ability to lift 75 pounds
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Ability to read blueprints and layout drawings
- Smartphone for daily job documentation
Preferred Skills
Experience in most or all of the following:
- Cabinet installation
- Custom trim carpentry
- Crown molding
- Large-format tile
- Schluter shower systems
- Waterproofing
- Drywall finishing
- Flooring installation
- Painting
- Finish carpentry
- Framing
- Plumbing fixture installation
- Electrical fixture installation
- Problem solving on active remodels

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Typical hours: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
- Overtime available
- Occasional Saturdays as needed

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
