Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to support billing, reconciliation, customer account maintenance, and payment resolution activities. This remote role is ideal for a candidate with strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience working with accounting systems and financial reporting tools.

What You’ll Do:

Review, analyze, and process memo requests with accuracy and efficiency.
Reconcile and validate billing invoices across ERP platforms and related systems.
Maintain customer database to support accurate, consistent, and timely account information.
Evaluate and reconcile customer rebate programs and related account activities.
Partner with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve billing, payment, and accounts receivable issues.
Analyze and reconcile accounts receivable payment discrepancies to support timely resolution.
Monitor accounts receivable bank activity, including debits, exceptions, and irregular transactions.

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or minimum of 3 years' experience.
Strong problem-solving skills, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Experience using online banking applications, reporting tools, and standard business systems.
Comfortable working with internet-based tools and computer applications.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Oracle Fusion and BlackLine preferred.

Compensation & Benefits Information:

Compensation Range: $18.37 - $26.20
