Director of Operations / Integrator

Connect Pelvic Floor Fitness | Remote (US) | Full-Time

Compensation: $150,000 base + performance bonus + equity participation

Connect Pelvic Floor Fitness (connectpelvicfloorfitness.com) is a digital training platform that treats the pelvic floor as the foundation of total-body strength. Founded by pelvic floor physical therapist Caroline Packard, we help women build real strength instead of quietly accepting symptoms they've been told to live with, so they can live life without limits.

We serve 15,000+ members, multiple specialized training programs, educational resources, live Q&As, and a members-only community. We have been featured in Newsweek, CNN Underscored, HuffPost, Real Simple, and Parents. We're founder-led, we run on EOS, and we're scaling fast, with a first equity raise on the horizon.

The Role

This role is what EOS terms the “Integrator” seat. It's essentially a director of Operations role.

You'll partner directly with the founders to turn vision into execution: owning day-to-day operations, running our EOS operating cadence, and holding teams accountable across production, coaching, marketing, social media, and IT. We have team members across the US, South America and the Philippines.

This is not a generalist operations role. We need an operator who has lived inside a consumer subscription or SAAS business and understands what it takes to scale these types of companies.

What You'll Own

Day-to-day operations
Leadership and accountability of teams across content production, coaching, marketing, social media, and IT
The EOS operating system: Level 10 meetings, rocks, scorecards, and quarterly planning
Subscription performance: retention, churn, LTV/CAC, and member lifecycle metrics
New service line development: A premium tier membership will soon be launched
Content and product cadence: keeping content production on schedule
Operating efficiency: building lean systems and smart automation rather than scaling headcount

What We're Looking For

Proven ownership of retention, LTV, and content/product cadence inside a consumer subscription or app business.
Background in start-up or rapidly scaling D2C wellness apps, digital fitness platforms, or creator-led membership businesses. Those who have only worked in larger enterprise SaaS and big-company infrastructure backgrounds are not the right fit for this seat.
A builder's instinct from a smaller software, app, or membership company: comfortable creating systems
Meaningful experience leading a fully remote team
EOS Integrator experience is a strong plus (although the EOS framework is teachable)
Bonus: experience operating through or near a first VC round
