Full Job Description

Kickoff is looking for Registered Dietitians who want to build a dream career while working from home with flexible hours. Earn up to $140K, W-2 with benefits, and a full caseload of clients we fill for you.

We're the only telehealth platform integrating nutrition, fitness, and wellness coaching — covered by insurance. 94% of clients pay nothing out of pocket.

Great compensation. $94K–$140K/year full-time after ramping up. Top-of-market hourly rate ($60/hr), plus longitudinal-care pay and no-show fees.
Two roles available: W2 full time with benefits or 1099. Subsidized health insurance W2 status from day 1. Prefer the flexibility of 1099 - we have a separate part time coach role with that structure as well.
We fill your schedule, immediately. No waiting weeks to see your first client. You’ll start seeing clients on day 1. We handle sourcing, credentialing, billing, and scheduling. No prospecting, no selling, no waiting. Every coach's calendar gets full.
Work from home, on a flexible schedule. Work from anywhere in the United States.
Broaden your practice. We subsidize your CPT certification so you can expand your scope of practice and drive better outcomes. Coach across nutrition, fitness, and wellness with clients ready for behavior change.

What You'll Do

Deliver high-impact nutrition and wellness coaching through structured telehealth video sessions
Design and manage personalized nutrition, fitness, and wellness programs for each client
Own client outcomes and long-term retention — weight management, chronic disease support, behavior change
Build coach–client relationships through consistent touchpoints, including messaging and async video
For W2: work with our corporate team to mentor new RDs and support our community

What We're Looking For

Active RD/RDN with current CDR registration
1+ years of direct one-on-one client experience
CPT certification, or willingness to obtain one within your first 3 months (we help pay for it)
Strong emotional intelligence and a track record of engaging and retaining clients
Genuine interest in integrating fitness and exercise into comprehensive care
US-based, work from home
Able to commit to a minimum of 20 client-facing hours/week once ramped (coaches making Kickoff their primary role are preferred)

Nice to Haves

Current or previous CPT certification or equivalent experience
Telehealth, digital health, or startup experience
Specialty experience: sports nutrition, fertility, PCOS, or metabolic health

Required Licensure: Active RD/RDN with current CDR registration
Required Credential: CPT — sponsored by Kickoff; must be obtained within first 3 months if not already held
