ICU Registered Nurse - Critical Care Float Pool | Columbus, OH

Shift: Night 3x12s, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Required Licenses/Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Experience: Minimum 2 years ICU experience
Proficiency with EPIC required

What You’ll Do:

Float across various ICU units such as Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, and NCCU
Provide high-quality critical care to diverse patient populations
Manage ventilators, telemetry, IV starts, and other advanced ICU procedures
Adapt to different ICU environments based on staffing needs and patient acuity
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes

What You Need:

Licensure as an RN in Ohio or ability to obtain
Minimum 2 years ICU experience
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Proficiency in EPIC electronic health record system
Skills in IV placement, telemetry interpretation, ventilator management
