Experience: Minimum of 2 years in MedSurg or Oncology

What You’ll Do

Provide compassionate nursing care for adult and geriatric oncology patients with solid tumor diagnoses such as breast, lung, prostate, pancreatic, colon, and esophageal cancers
Monitor patients’ telemetry and interpret telemetry data accurately
Administer chemotherapy and other antineoplastic treatments following protocols
Ensure infection prevention and patient safety, including fall prevention
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on patient treatment plans
Document patient care accurately in EPIC electronic health records
Assist with transitioning patients through various phases of care, from diagnosis to end-of-life care

What You Need

Required:
- Ohio RN License
- BLS certification
- At least 2 years of MedSurg or Oncology nursing experience
- Experience with telemetry monitoring and interpretation
Preferred:
- ONS Chemotherapy certification
- Prior travel healthcare experience

About the Assignment
Join a specialized oncology unit dedicated to caring for patients through all cancer treatment stages, from initial diagnosis to end-of-life care. The unit emphasizes infection control, patient safety, and compassionate care. Floating to other MedSurg Oncology units may be required based on patient needs.
