Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance & Administration to join the leadership team of our fast-growing custom automation and machine building company. This position is ideal for an experienced Controller, Director of Finance, or finance leader looking to take on broader leadership responsibilities.

Your work will help leadership make better decisions, improve profitability, and build scalable systems that support our continued expansion.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building organizations—not simply maintaining them. You'll have significant ownership, broad responsibility, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact as we continue to grow.
