Full Job Description

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to help drive accuracy, execution, and operational excellence throughout our sales process. This role serves as a critical bridge between Sales and Operations, ensuring deals are complete, accurate, financially sound, and ready for execution.

This is a highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and keeping complex work moving forward across multiple teams.

What You’ll Do

Review and validate quotes, pricing, margins, terms, and order details before operational handoff
Serve as the primary checkpoint between Sales and Operations to ensure deals are accurate and execution-ready
Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Finance, and Logistics to resolve discrepancies and remove blockers
Manage multiple active deals simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
Identify recurring process issues and recommend improvements that reduce errors and improve efficiency
Help standardize workflows and documentation across the sales process
Support continuous improvement efforts related to quoting, order management, and cross-functional coordination

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, sales support, project coordination, or similar operational roles
Strong proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, and data validation
Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively across multiple departments
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and improve processes
High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
Confident communicator who is comfortable asking questions and escalating issues when something doesn’t look right
Comfortable learning and adapting to new systems, tools, and technology
Ability to pass criminal background histories

Nice to have:

Background in B2B sales environments
Familiarity with ERP systems
Experience documenting SOPs or training others on operational workflows

The Sales Operations Coordinator is an in-office role based in Columbus, OH, working closely with the sales team and internal departments.
