Job Summary
We are seeking a highly senior Salesforce Agentforce Architect with more than 16 years of overall IT experience to lead the design and implementation of autonomous AI driven solutions using Salesforce Agentforce This role is responsible for architecting intelligent agents that reason decide and act across Salesforce clouds while ensuring security governance scalability and alignment with enterprise business outcomes The position requires strong architectural leadership deep Salesforce platform knowledge and hands-on experience with AI enabled CRM solutions This is a fulltime onsite role based in Columbus Ohio
Experience Requirement
More than 16 years of overall IT experience
10 years of deep experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
Proven experience designing enterprise scale Salesforce architectures
Demonstrated experience with AI automation or intelligent decisioning on Salesforce platforms
Key Responsibilities
Architect end-to-end Salesforce Agentforce solutions for enterprise use cases
Design autonomous and semiautonomous AI agents aligned to business objectives
Define agent intents goals guardrails and governance frameworks
Architect prompt strategies using Salesforce Prompt Builder and contextual data sources
Design composable automations using Flow Apex and reusable service components
Integrate Agentforce with Data Cloud for real time intent aware decisioning
Define event driven architectures using Platform Events and Change Data Capture
Establish security compliance audit and human in the loop controls for AI agents
Lead architecture reviews design workshops and stakeholder discussions
Provide architectural guidance to developers admins and AI enablement teams
Govern performance scalability ethical AI usage and cost controls
Act as the technical escalation point for Agentforce and AIdriven Salesforce solutions
Required Skills and Expertise
Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture
Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Hands-on experience with Agentforce or Salesforce AI driven automation
Solid understanding of Prompt Builder AI context modeling and agent orchestration
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and customer 360 architectures
Advanced knowledge of Flow Apex and Lightning Web Components
Strong background in integrations using REST SOAP and event driven patterns
Expertise in Salesforce security model data governance and compliance
Ability to design scalable ethical and governed AI solutions
Strong client facing communication and leadership skills
Experience working in onsite offshore enterprise delivery models
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect CTA or equivalent enterprise architecture credentials
Multiple Salesforce certifications including Application Architect or System Architect
Experience leading CRM modernization or AI transformation programs
Exposure to Agile or SAFe delivery frameworks
Soft Skills
Strategic and systems level thinking
Strong stakeholder influence and decision making ability
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to mentor senior architects and technical leads
Comfort working onsite with executive and client leadership

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Benefits
Compensation range: $126,000.00 to $170,000.00 per year
