Overview
Join our dynamic operations team as an Operations Scheduler, where your expertise will drive efficiency and streamline production processes across manufacturing facilities. This pivotal role involves coordinating production schedules, managing supply chain activities, and ensuring seamless communication between departments. By leveraging your skills in production management and supply chain analytics, you will help optimize manufacturing workflows, reduce waste, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to align production plans with inventory levels, capacity constraints, and delivery deadlines
Utilize ERP systems such as SAP to monitor material availability, track work orders, and update production data in real-time
Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, forecast needs, and implement process improvements for increased efficiency
Support plant management by coordinating assembly operations, ensuring quality control standards are met throughout the production cycle
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying lean manufacturing principles and process improvement strategies
Facilitate communication across departments to ensure smooth operations, timely deliveries, and adherence to safety protocols

Requirements

Proven experience in production management or operations planning within a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or similar enterprise resource planning software
Familiarity with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems and supply chain management concepts
Demonstrated ability to analyze supply chain data and implement process improvements using lean manufacturing techniques
Mechanical knowledge or background in manufacturing processes is highly desirable
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
