Nuvo Packaging is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive strategic growth with retailers, food processors, and Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) customers. This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces change, and enjoys the autonomy to develop new business while shaping the future of a growing organization.

In this role, you will develop and execute strategic sales initiatives, build long-term customer relationships, identify new market opportunities, and grow key accounts. You'll have the flexibility to make decisions, create innovative solutions, and focus on high-value activities that drive revenue and long-term success.

The ideal candidate has a proven history of exceeding sales goals and experience selling plastic packaging, paperboard, corrugated packaging, or distribution solutions. Experience working with retailers, food processors, and QSR customers is strongly preferred. Success in this role requires exceptional relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and business development skills, along with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team.
