Only qualified Senior Graphic Designer candidates located near the Reynoldsburg Ohio area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence.

Bachelor's degree

Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities:

5+ years of experience in graphic production/design

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) - must have!

Environmental design experience

Retail experience is preferred

Accountable and detail-oriented

Ability to generate multiple creative ideas, conceptual design, forward thinking!

Lead Design experience

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Role:

The Senior Graphic Designer will be a key player in the concept and creation of visually compelling marketing that supports critical brand projects reinventing the customer experience. Key responsibilities include inspiration gathering, conceptual design ideation, digital and physical presentation-building and assisting in design production. They will collaborate closely with creative leads, copywriters, and visual merchandisers to bring the vision to life.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conceptual design ideation, focusing on creating multiple design options/solutions

Inspiration gathering/mood board creation to help influence marketing approach

Designing marketing for in-store retail experience

Digital and physical presentation building in preparation for key leadership reviews

Assisting in design production tasks and art release to ensure seamless marketing execution
