Full Job Description

PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

Tired of short term assignments, dealing with temp agencies and recruiters? If you are looking for something more than seasonal work, come and join our team and work with a great group of people.

Motherson Yachiyo AY Manufacturing, Ltd., a Tier 1 sunroof supplier to the automotive industry, is looking for production associates. Assembly line experience is preferred. You will be expected to work safely while providing quality work in a fast pace environment. This position will require the following:

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
Ability to stand/walk 8 to 10 hours
Ability to perform repetitive tasks (bending, lifting, twisting, pulling, and reaching)
Ability to handle/use small parts and tools
Must be able to Lift up to 40lbs occasionally
You must be detail oriented and have good hand-eye coordination
Ability to recognize quality issues and problems – detect defects
Must follow all safety policies and procedures and have good safety awareness and efficiency skills
You must have an excellent work and attendance record to be considered.
Must understand and comprehend written and verbal English work instructions.

Starting pay $18.25 with increase to $20.60 after 90 days
