Full Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a quick learner, motivated builder, or hands-on problem solver to join our team as a Fabricator. The ideal candidate has an interest in working with their hands, building things, and learning fabrication skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented shop environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys making things, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow their skills in metal fabrication and sign production. We are willing to train the right person who is eager to learn and develop their abilities. This role also requires a mature mindset, reliability, and the ability to take responsibility in a small shop environment.

Responsibilities

Fabricate aluminum frames and sign cabinets
Use hand tools and shop equipment safely and effectively
Welding and assembly processes (training provided as needed)
Build sign products according to project specifications
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Work with the team to meet production schedules and quality standards

Requirements

Interest in building, making things, or working with tools and materials
Willingness to learn fabrication, welding, and shop processes
Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Good attitude and ability to work in a team environment
Reliable, accountable, and comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced shop setting
